The Bilona Difference:
Unlike mass-produced ghee made from cream, our Bilona Ghee is crafted from whole milk curds, a labor-intensive process that preserves essential nutrients:
- Milk to Curd: Milk from our healthy, indigenous Desi Cows is boiled and then inoculated with a starter culture to create a whole-milk curd (Dahi).
