Sangam Organic partners with Bigship, a leading third-party logistics and shipping aggregator, to facilitate smooth and secure delivery of all customer orders.

Through the Bigship network, orders are assigned to premier courier partners—including Delhivery and other regional logistics providers—based on PIN code serviceability, location proximity, and operational speed.

The courier partner assigned to your order is automatically optimized based on your specific delivery address and real-time courier availability.
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment or order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order processing times may be extended during festive seasons, promotional sales, or unexpected surges in demand.
* Note: Order processing time represents handling and packaging time before dispatch, and is separate from courier shipping duration.

Once dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is generally 3–7 business days.

Major Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities

Deliveries are typically completed on the earlier side of the window.

Remote / Rural Areas

May require additional transit days depending on local service routes.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Disruptions caused by severe weather conditions, logistics issues, or national holidays may occasionally affect exact delivery dates.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, are calculated transparently and displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Charges vary based on factors such as overall cart value, parcel weight, delivery location, and available promotions. Any ongoing Free Shipping offers will automatically apply at checkout subject to active website terms.

As soon as your shipment leaves our farm facility, tracking details and direct AWB links will be sent to you via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.

Please allow a few hours after dispatch for courier systems to reflect initial scanning updates online.

Cash on Delivery is supported for eligible PIN codes and items. Please note the following COD guidelines:

  • Availability depends on courier cash-handling serviceability in your area.
  • Customers must provide a valid, reachable mobile contact number and complete address.
  • Please keep the exact invoice amount ready when the courier agent arrives.
  • Repeated unreachable delivery attempts or refusal to accept shipments will lead to parcel return.

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate address details, including correct PIN code and active contact number.

If a parcel is returned due to incomplete address details or repeated failed contact, the shipment will be returned to Sangam Organic. Address changes cannot be processed once an order has dispatched.

We take utmost care in packaging artisanal products securely. If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

Resolution Steps:

Contact our support team promptly after delivery with your order ID along with clear photographs or an unboxing video for investigation.

If your tracking status appears stuck or is marked delivered without receipt, please reach out to our team immediately. We will coordinate directly with Bigship and courier dispatchers to escalate and resolve the shipment status.

Deliveries remain subject to partner courier serviceability at destination PIN codes. If a location is non-serviceable, Sangam Organic will notify you and process an applicable order cancellation and prompt refund.
